The job

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Sales Engineer who will be part of the existing sales team (4 persons) in Denmark. Our new Sales Engineer will have responsibility to manage new customer requests and help strengthen our existing customer relationships in Scandinavia.

Eilersen Electric works with directs sales to end users and machine builders in collaboration with local distributors. We are very strong focus on the pharmaceutical and food industry and therefore we are looking for a Sales Engineer who can actively contribute to develop our markets within these industries.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound prospect and customer requests
  • Responsible for building the Eilersen brand with manufacturers, engineering design specialists and process equipment builders in Scandinavia.
  • Support and develop existing and new distributors in the areas mentioned above.
  • Develop the market with a special focus on the pharma and food segment
  • Develop a deep understanding of how our products create value for our customers, provide value added selling
  • Provide technical advice and support to distributors and end-customers
  • Work with manufactures to ensure Eilersen is the preferred supplier for standard machines and applications
  • Work closely with our engineers to define the optimal solution for the customer

 

Your background:

  • The ideal candidate has 5-10 years’ experience in selling technical equipment or products to the pharmaceutical or biotech industries (manufacturers and system integrators). If you have experience in the food processing industry this will be a further advantage
  • You have documented success from a similar position in a sales department
  • You have a strong technical understanding and a genuine desire to resolve technical problems
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, you like to work independently with a small and dedicated team that can act fast from idea to reality
  • Fluent in English and Danish languages (Swedish or Norwegian language skills will be an additional advantage)
