Eilersen is proud to announce its release of a Free Add on Instruction (AOI) software package designed to easily interface the ROCKWELL AUTOMATION STUDIO 5000 LOGIX based PLC’s with our Ethernet IP weigh modules. Also included are both FACTORYTALK VIEW faceplates in both a ME and SE package.
This AOI software package significantly reduces the time required to interface our digital load cells into the weight based process system.
Pre-programmed and pre-tested Faceplates and AOIs utilize software instruction tags and graphics for the HMI to reduce GUI development time.
OEM’s, manufacturers and system integrators can now configure, commission, operate and display weigh scale module information without the need to write large lines of code.
An easy to follow guideline allows first-time users to weigh scale configuration, calibration, and filter settings to get the Eilersen weigh modules integrated, configured and producing stable weight data quickly.
