ATEX Compression Load Cell DMA

NEW hygienic (aseptic) compression load cell types CM and CM-Ex with 125mm diameter in EHEDG compliant design. These robust digital compression load cells are available in capacities up to 20 tons and produced in electropolished stainless steel and hermetically sealed to IP68 for hygienic weighing installations, installations in tough environments and general process weighing. The load cells can be supplied with a hygienic base plate in AISI316. The compression load cell type CM-Ex can be used in ATEX (Ex) and IECEx applications (Zone 1, 2, 21 and 22)

These robust digital compression load cells are available in capacities up to 50 tons and produced in electropolished stainless steel and hermetically sealed to IP68 for hygienic weighing installations, installations in tough environments and general process weighing. The load cells can be supplied with a hygienic base plate in AISI316. The compression load cell type CM-Ex can be used in ATEX (Ex) and IECEx applications (Zone 1, 2, 21 and 22)

ATEX and IECEx certified (zone 1, 2, 21, 22) EtherNet/IP interface module for directly interfacing up to four digital ATEX / IECEx load cells. The interface module type 4X50A can also be used in non-ATEX installations.

Analog output weighing module featuring a LED display, 4-20mA or 0-10Vdc active analog output and digital EtherNet interface. The module also features four I/O for level alarms and remote zeroing. This module can directly connect to up to four digital load cells, and can be used for ATEX / IECEx and non-ATEX installations.

ATEX and IECEx certified (zone 1, 2, 21, 22) power supply type 4051A used for supplying 4XXXA interface modules when used in ATEX / IECEx rated applications. The 4051A power supply and 4XXXA interface module must be installed in safe area i.e. outside the ATEX zone
